Comprehensive Package

This service is designed for home owners who need detailed, expert guidance before starting a formal boundary dispute.

If your neighbour and you cannot come to an agreement about the position of a boundary and/or responsibility, our Comprehensive Package is right for you. We will instruct one of our partner boundary surveyors to attend your property to inspect the position on the ground, armed with your title deeds.

We will then send you a comprehensive report comprising of:

• Basic Title Deed Compilation
• Personalised boundary report
• Expert Report
• Executive summary

£197 plus additional Boundary Survey Fee (TBC)

£197 plus VAT (£236.40)
